After completing 9-12 hours, complete the program of study which can be downloaded from the School of Education's Graduate Forms.

Complete the program of study form and send it to Dr. Stratton for review. After it is reviewed by Dr. Strattton you will need to print a hard copy, sign it, and mail it to:
