Relocation Information

Blacksburg Electronic Village
The Blacksburg Electronic Village is an outreach effort of Virginia Tech, in partnership with the town of Blacksburg and Bell Atlantic. The BEV is based entirely on the Internet with the goal to foster virtual communities, refine the models for creating electronic communities, investigate the factors making network communities self supporting, and provide support and assistance to other virtual communities.
